Strategic asset management plans (SAMPs)

A Strategic Asset Management Plan is a forward-looking plan for how land and property assets should support an organisation’s or investor’s long-term objectives.

It looks beyond day-to-day property management and considers how each asset should perform over time. This includes future events such as lease expiries, rent reviews, break options, renewals, capital works, income changes and changing occupational requirements.
